Who we are and what we process
We operate the platform that arranges vehicle towing. We take the order, assign it to a vetted partner and communicate with you. We process your phone number, the pick-up and drop-off locations, vehicle details, the conversation with our assistant, photographs taken by the driver at the vehicle, and payment data.
Why we process it
Phone number and location are processed to perform the contract — without them nobody can find you. Photographs of the vehicle before loading and after unloading are kept as evidence of its condition, in the legitimate interest of both parties in case of a dispute. Payment data is processed to meet legal obligations (accounting and tax). Advertising measurement happens only with your consent.
Who we share it with
The partner performing the job receives only what they need: the address, the vehicle description and a masked phone number. Your real number is never handed over. We also work with a payment gateway provider, an SMS provider and EU-based cloud hosting.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for ten years after completion, as required by accounting and tax rules. On-site photographs are kept for two years. The assistant conversation is kept for one year. An abandoned request that never became an order is deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Necessary cookies keep the site working, link you to your order and protect it. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after your consent, which you can change any time via the cookie settings in the footer. Without consent nothing is sent to advertising platforms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time. We answer requests within 30 days — write to the contact address in the footer. You may also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority.
