A number and a place is all we need. If you are not sure exactly where you are, with your permission we take the position from your phone; on a motorway the kilometre marker and the direction are enough.

What the vehicle is, whether it can roll on its own wheels, where it is going. An underground garage, locked wheels or an EV decide which truck is sent — so we ask before anyone is dispatched.

The questions we get most
If the answer is not here, call us. Dispatch answers the phone at any hour.
How fast do you arrive?
Usually within 30 minutes in Prague and Brno, within 60 minutes outside the cities. You see the exact ETA on your tracking page as soon as a driver takes the job, and you can watch the truck approach.
When and how do I pay?
At the drop-off point, once the car is unloaded. Cash to the driver, or by card — the driver shows you a QR code and you confirm the payment on your phone. We never ask for a deposit.
Can the price change after the tow?
No. You confirm the price before we set off and that is what you pay. Extras apply only to things you ask for on site — such as waiting beyond 15 minutes or a recovery we did not know about. The driver always tells you first.
Can you tow from an underground garage?
Yes. Please put the level and the clearance height into the chat. We will send a low-profile flatbed or a truck with dollies. The underground garage surcharge is in the price list.
What about an EV or a hybrid?
No problem. We carry EVs on a flatbed only, following the manufacturer's safety protocol — never towed by the wheels. If the battery is damaged after a crash we call the fire brigade and follow their instructions.
I have no keys and the wheels are locked. Possible?
Possible. We use dollies and a winch. Please mention it in the chat so we send a properly equipped truck — otherwise the driver would arrive for nothing.
Can you tow me after an accident?
Yes, including off-road recovery. First make sure you are safe behind the barrier and wearing a hi-vis vest. If anyone is injured, call 155 first, then us.
Do you go outside Prague and Brno?
Yes. We cover the D1 and D5 motorways around the clock; longer transports across Czechia and abroad are arranged by dispatch.
Will I get a document for my insurer?
Yes. After the job we email you a receipt with an itemised breakdown. We also store photos of the car before loading and after unloading and can send them on request.
Who actually comes for me?
A vetted partner with their own equipment and liability insurance. You see the driver's name, the plate and a photo of the truck on the tracking page as soon as they take the job.
